Kathy'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1 large onion
2 small cans or 1 large can chili hot beans
2 cans stewed tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes and 1 can salsa
tomato juice
2 pkg. chili mix seasoning
garlic salt (if desired)
Preparation

In a large pan, fry the hamburger, sausage and onion.
Drain fat.
In a large pot, add the beans and tomatoes.
Add the meat and stir.
Add tomato juice to desired thickness.
Add the chili mix seasoning and garlic salt.
Simmer and serve.
Garnish with Fritos and American cheese.
