Warm Mexican chicken and rice mixture in microwave for 2 minutes.
Then warm tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds or until soft enough to fold.

Sprinkle with 3/4 cup uncooked rice, then sprinkle the onion soup mix.
Mix together 1 can chicken soup and 1 1/2 cups water; whisk until smooth.
Pour over chicken and rice mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
Do not salt. May use whole chicken, cut up, or any pieces.
Simmer chicken in pan until completely cooked.
Pour in can of chicken and rice soup.
Fill empty can with rice and pour in. Add water.
Let cook until rice is soft and fluffy.
Then serve.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0. Put 2 tablespoons margarine in 9 1/2 x 11-inch glass dish to melt. Dump rice in dish. Cook chicken 2 minutes in microwave, then turn. Cook total of 6 minutes or until looks done. Set aside to let cool. Mix soup and add 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water; stir. Add chopped onions, salt and pepper. When chicken cools, tear into pieces and lay on rice. Pour soup mixture over chicken and rice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Stir after 30 minutes.
In 2-quart casserole, combine rice, broth, parsley, pimentos, salt and butter; stir well.
Combine garlic salt, paprika and celery salt.
Rub over chicken.
Place chicken in rice. `Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and rice is tender.
Makes six servings.
Boil chicken in about 2 cups of salty water for about 1 hour with lid on.
When done, cool chicken, bone and cut up chicken pieces.
Add cream of mushroom soup in broth.
(You can chill broth and skim fat if you have time.)
Add butter, chicken pieces, pimentos and a little milk.
Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water or milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut chicken breast into four strips per breast.

Mix soup and water; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done.

When nearly soft, add garlic, parsley and tomatoes.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add rice, peas, broth, saffron and chicken.
Stir well.
Boil, cover, lower heat and simmer gently for about 25 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
