Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cube margarine
1/4 c. sherry wine (optional)
1/2 c. shredded almonds (optional)
2 chickens or 10 breasts, cut up
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix soups, melted butter, sherry and almonds.
Pour half into rice until moistened. Place chicken in rice and add rest of liquid on top.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of that, then sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 275\u00b0
for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
