Chicken In A Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thighs, remove skin from chicken
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in 1 3/4-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 cup uncooked rice, then sprinkle the onion soup mix.
    Mix together 1 can chicken soup and 1 1/2 cups water; whisk until smooth.
    Pour over chicken and rice mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
    Do not salt. May use whole chicken, cut up, or any pieces.
