Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 pkg. chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Place chicken in frypan.
    Fill pan with water 1/4 inch deep. Add lemon juice.
    Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes each side. Remove chicken and cut into cubes.
