Use fingers to roll until complete.

Just before serving, slice into 1-inch slices.
Clean green onions and cut into 5\" lengths.
Spread cream cheese over each slice of meat.
Set green onion at one end of the meat, leaving green end exposed, and roll up.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Arrange on platter and enjoy!

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, bring broth, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic to boil. Add mushrooms and snow peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender-crisp.
