Put 1/2 cup

Quickly fry the steak strips, browning well on each side in the hot oil.
Try and only turn the pieces once while frying.
Drain and cool on paper towels.
When strips are cool enough to handle, cut in approximately 2-inch squares.
Skewer the steak squares on toothpicks and serve with horseradish sauce for dipping.

Spread ketchup on steak and top with sliced potatoes.

Prepare 24 hours in advance.
Combine all ingredients except steak and oil and mix with wooden spoon until dissolved.
Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly.
Put marinade in shallow container and settle steak into container, stirring twice to coat thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Cut off fat from round steak and cut into 3 x 3 inch pieces.
Whisk water and mushroom soup together in a bowl, then pour just enough to thinly coat the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.

Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat in large dutch oven until softened. Remove and reserve onions. Add beef and brown on all sides.
Add cilantro, corn, beef broth, salsa and beans. Bring to boil.
Remove dutch oven from heat and place in oven.

While meat is cooking, cook rice in 3 cups of water for 12 minutes.
When meat is done, shred and load up tortillas with meat mixture, rice and top with cheese.
