Steak Dijonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) boneless top round steak or 8 small steaks
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Prepare 24 hours in advance.
    Combine all ingredients except steak and oil and mix with wooden spoon until dissolved.
    Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly.
    Put marinade in shallow container and settle steak into container, stirring twice to coat thoroughly.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Turn steak occasionally.
    Remove and grill.
