Sierra Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Place both ingredients into a blender or use a hand held blender and mix together until smooth.
Drink and enjoy immediately!

Kiwifruit Frappe And Raspberry-Honey Smoothie

Place 4 serving glasses in fridge to chill. Blend all ingredients for the frappe in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; serve at once.
Repeat with ingredients for the smoothie.

Dairy Free Strawberry, Banana And Mango Smoothie

Put the strawberries in a blender and mix well.
Add the mangoes and bananas and blend well (using the ice crush button, if necessary). If the mixture is too dry to process you can already add some of the juice, but not all. The mixture has to become smooth, without chunks of fruit.
Gradually add the rest of the orange juice, the lemon juice and sugar, and blend well till very smooth, for two minutes or so.

Rainbow Smoothie Pops

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour puree into 4 to 6 popsicle molds. Insert handles, or cover the top of the molds with foil. Carefully make small slits over each pop and insert wooden sticks. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.

Frozen Smoothie Pops

In a blender or using a submersion blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar (as called for, to taste) and milk; puree until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse just until combined. Pour into ice-pop moulds and insert sticks, or pour into 3 oz. paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially firm then insert sticks, straws, or plastic spoons. Freeze until solid, for 2-4 hours, or up to 2 weeks.
COOKING TIP: If using paper cups, once the smoothies are frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container to make sure they don't get freezer burn.

Rainbow Smoothie Packs

Place all ingredients except Almond Breeze almondmilk in a small zip-top bag. Freeze until ready to use. To prepare smoothies, place the ingredients and Almond Breeze almondmilk in a blender and puree until smooth.

Easy Banana Smoothie

Mango Papaya Smoothie

Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.

Green Smoothie Bowl

Blend spinach, banana, coconut milk, mango, and coconut water in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, almonds, and chia seeds.

Banana Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, applesauce, water, and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.
Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add shredded coconut, almonds, and raisins.

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Blend strawberries, pineapple, yogurt, coconut water, and acai pulp in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl. Top smoothie with kiwi, banana, blueberries, raspberries, almonds, granola, and chia seeds.

Honey-Kissed Smoothie Bowl

Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Remove and pour into a bowl.
Garnish with assorted toppings. Enjoy!

Banana, Strawberry, Peach Smoothie

Add banana, peach (with or without skin -- lots of nutrients in the skin!), strawberries into the blender. Add milk, flaxseed and sweetener.
Fill blender with water until the liquid level reaches 4 cups. Don't have markings -- add about 2 cups of water.
Blend on low for 30 seconds, then blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy!
Drink immediately!
Makes 4 (8 ounce) glasses.

Coffee Smoothie

Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until no ice chunks remain. Done!

Red Smoothie

Place all ingredients into your blender container and process until smooth.
Notes: Server immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. You can substitute ice for some of the water.

Combine all ingredients in a large blender and process until smooth and serve immediately.
Note: Bananas and apples may be frozen in advance. Ice may be substituted for a portion of the water.

Tex-Mex Mexican Rice And Blender Hot Sauce

Blender Hot Sauce- Put all ingredients in the blender and liquify until all ingredients are completly chopped. Refrigerate.
Tex-Mex Rice- Put olive oil in a deep saute pan. Heat. Add onions and begin to saute. Add dry rice and cumin, cook and stir until toasted. Add 3 TBS blender hot sauce,and 1 can chicken broth. Cook until liquid is half gone. Remove from stove and cover . Let sit about 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
