Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut to fit blender
    1 cup plain unsweetened soymilk
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour and serve immediately.
