In a large bowl beat all ingredients with electric mixer till smooth. Grease griddle if needed.
For uniform pancakes, pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles appear.
Bake the other side till golden brown. Serve.
To make 80: 10 cups (40 oz pkg) bisquick mixed with 6 2/3 cups milk and 5 eggs.
To make 120: 15 cups (60 oz pkg) bisquick mixed with 10 cups milk, 7 eggs.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl with a large mixing spoon. Finish the mixing by using a fork, making sure all the Bisquick is mixed and not in clumps. You may want to add a little more milk if it's too thick, but not much. Get a skillet and spray some nonstick into it, then wipe out lightly with a paper towel. Set the heat to medium and using a serving spoon, dip out the batter into the skillet. Flip the pancakes when brown on the bottom side and cook the other side.
Follow instructions for mixing pancakes on Bisquick box. Peel bananas and mash with fork. Stir into pancake mixture and cook. You may substitute other fruits getting \"soft\" such as strawberries, blueberries and peaches. In the winter, use canned pineapple or peaches sliced into small pieces.
