Bisquick Pancakes (Aka Silver Dollars)

Stir milk and eggs until blended. Stir into Bisquick mix. Do not overstir.
Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. For Silver Dollars drop by tablespoon onto griddle.
Cook until pancake starts to bubble & edges are slightly dry. Turn; cook until golden.
serve with Butter and Maple syrup.

Banana-Nut Pancakes Yum!

Josh'S Saturday Morning Banana Pancakes

Use step stool to place son on to help.
Help son mash bananas (and not make a mess for Mom).
Add cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, sugar, Bisquick, milk, eggs and oil. Add vanilla. Let son stir to remove Bisquick lumps.
Let son taste test.
Pour batter into 3-inch diameter pancakes on griddle.
Heat griddle and cook pancakes on medium low.
Flip pancakes when full of bubbles. Give to son with syrup. (So moist you will not need butter.)
Can substitute low-fat Bisquick one for one.
Serves 4 to 8 people.

Easy Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free Pancakes

1. Spray cooking spray on skillet.
2. Heat on medium.
3. Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
4. Use 1/4 measuring cup to drop pancakes into skillet.
4. Fry pancakes until dry around the edges (about 5 minutes).
5. Flip and fry 2 minutes more until done.
Note: You can substitute one mashed ripe banana for applesauce.

Banana Pancakes (Jack Johnson Style)

Make the pancakes following bisquick recipe.
Cut the banana in half the short way, then long-ways, then cut those pieces in half the short way again.
Lay bananas on top of stack of 2-3 pancakes.
Put 2 scoops of ice cream on top of each stack of pancakes.
Top with Reddi-whip to taste.
Garnish with 1 strawberry per stack of pancakes.

Bisquick Cranberry Pancakes With Cranberry Syrup

Combine Bisquick, egg and milk in a mixing bowl and beat with mixer until smooth.
Fold in the 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce.
Heat butter, as needed in griddle and pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan to make pancakes.
When bubbles appear around the edges, flip over until done.
Meanwhile make the cranberry syrup. Heat the 1 1/2 cups of cranberry sauce left and the corn syrup in a saucepan on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with the pancakes. Enjoy.

Blueberry Pancakes

Stir baking mix, milk, egg, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and juice in a bowl until blended; stir in berries.
Melt 1 t butter in a large nonstick skillet.
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter in pan.
Cook until bottoms are golden; turn over and cook until bottoms are golden.
Repeat with remaining butter and batter.
This recipe makes 10 (4 inch) pancakes.

Bisquick Chocolate And Peanut Butter Chip Pancakes

Combine the first three ingredients in a large bowl, but do not over mix.
On a skillet set to medium heat, spoon a 2 inch ladle-full of batter (should be able to make 14-16 pancakes.
Place the chips on top of the pancakes.
When bubbles start to form, flip the pancakes over and heat until cooked thouroughly.

Light Pecan Pancakes

Combine bisquick, pecans, and pumpkin-pie spice in a large bowl. Combine milk and next ingredients (milk through eggs); add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or large nonstick skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Sprinkle pancakes with 2 tablespoons pecans.

Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs together for pancake batter.

Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, oil and yeast together.

Heat griddle to 350\u00b0; melt margarine.
Then when ready, place mix on forming pancakes.
Brown both sides.
Serve with favorite syrup or jam.
Makes 12 to 13 pancakes.

Melt shortening in large skillet. Beat eggs with rotary beater, until fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients.

Pancakes For 60,80 Or 120 People

In a large bowl beat all ingredients with electric mixer till smooth. Grease griddle if needed.
For uniform pancakes, pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles appear.
Bake the other side till golden brown. Serve.
To make 80: 10 cups (40 oz pkg) bisquick mixed with 6 2/3 cups milk and 5 eggs.
To make 120: 15 cups (60 oz pkg) bisquick mixed with 10 cups milk, 7 eggs.

Larry'S Famous Silver Dollar Pancakes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl with a large mixing spoon. Finish the mixing by using a fork, making sure all the Bisquick is mixed and not in clumps. You may want to add a little more milk if it's too thick, but not much. Get a skillet and spray some nonstick into it, then wipe out lightly with a paper towel. Set the heat to medium and using a serving spoon, dip out the batter into the skillet. Flip the pancakes when brown on the bottom side and cook the other side.

Easy Banana Pancakes

Follow instructions for mixing pancakes on Bisquick box. Peel bananas and mash with fork. Stir into pancake mixture and cook. You may substitute other fruits getting \"soft\" such as strawberries, blueberries and peaches. In the winter, use canned pineapple or peaches sliced into small pieces.
