Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Stir Bisquick, milk, sugar, sour cream and eggs until blended.
    Add blueberries.
    Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup onto hot griddle.
    Grease if necessary.
    Cook 2 minutes or until pancakes are dry on edge.
    Turn and cook another 2 minutes.
