Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg together by hand.
Pat in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch glass pan sprayed with Pam or Baker's Joy. Ingredients will look like dough.
In another bowl, mix with mixer cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar.
Pour evenly over top of first ingredients.
Bake approximately 1 hour or until top gets golden brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool.
Cut in squares.
