BAKED BACON:
Preheat oven to
Fry bacon until crisp.
Chop onion and garlic.
Fry in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat until soft.
Add vinegar, sugar and mustard.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix the drained kidney beans and butter beans in a large baking dish with the baked beans.
Crumble bacon and add, then mix in the onion and sugar mix.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse kidney beans and butter beans.
Pour off some of the juice from baked beans.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
