Cowboy Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 cup diced red, green and yellow pepper
    1 None small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup diced dry-cured chorizo
    2 (16 oz) cans baked beans
    1 (15.5 oz) can small white beans, drained
    1 tbsp pork rub, like McCormick
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook pepper, onion and garlic for 2 mins, or until softened. Add chorizo and cook for 2 mins more, or until browned. Stir in baked beans, white beans and pork rub. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
