Virginia Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 can kidney beans, drained (16 oz.)
    1 can butter beans, drained (16 oz.)
    1 large can baked beans (30 to 40 oz.)
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Chop onion and garlic.
    Fry in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat until soft.
    Add vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Mix the drained kidney beans and butter beans in a large baking dish with the baked beans.
    Crumble bacon and add, then mix in the onion and sugar mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
