Split rolls, butter and brown in oven.
Makes 2 slices of ham bun size, 2 slices of onion bun size and 1 slice of tomato bun size.
Arrange in following order:
Start with bun bottom, then ham, onion, tomato, Blue cheese, ham, onion and bun top.

Preparing the Dumplings and
Stir together sugar and cinnamon in medium-size bowl.
Add apple and lemon juice; gently toss.
For one sandwich, spread 2 slices of bread with some of the mustard.
Top one slice, mustard side up, with lettuce leaves, 1/4 of the ham, 1/4 of the brie and 1/4 of the apple slices.
Place second slice of bread, mustard side down, over apples.
Cut sandwich in half.
Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches.
Take bread and smooth mustard and mayo over both slices of bread.
Take ham, place over one slice of bread.
Take other bread slice placing it on top of ham.

Combine cocktail sauce, brown sugar and mustard in baking dish.
Fold in ham until well covered with mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes (until mixture boils). Let cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
Serve cool the next day over white bread.

Saute mushrooms in butter. Set aside to cool.
Cut top off bread and scoop out the inside leaving 1/2\" crust. Reserve bread for other recipes.
Fill the hollowed out bread with alternating layers of ham, mushrooms, onions, tomato, and cheese.
Replace the top of the bread loaf and wrap in two layers of heavy duty foil.
