Apricot Ham Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 cups pan juices, from baked ham
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Add pan juices (from baked ham) and 1 cup water to a pan.
    Heat to a boil.
    Simmer about 20 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch & 1/4 cup water.
    Blend into pan juices.
    Serve with Apricot baked ham.
