Combine all ingredients, except ham, in crock-pot; stir well. Sprinkle ham over top, pushing half down into beans.
Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 12 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).
Easy to increase.
Makes 12 servings.
Empty baked beans in crock-pot.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 bottle barbecue sauce.
Add Worcestershire to desired taste.
Add ketchup (a lot), mustard (not too much), seasoned salt (cover beans lightly) and almost a full box of brown sugar.
Cook bacon in microwave and then break up in beans.
Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
If need to do fast, cook on stove at high heat for 1 hour to 2 hours, stirring frequently.
Brown beef, onion and bacon over medium high heat.
Meanwhile, add all beans to crock-pot.
Add beef mixture to beans and stir.
Combine remaining ingredients with a whisk and stir into bean mixture.
Turn crock-pot to low for at least 4 hours - I have made them farther in advance, they'll get thicker as time goes on.
Oven directions: If you'd like to bake them in the oven, pour bean mixture into large dutch oven and bake at 350 for an hour.
Place beans in crock-pot; reserve pork fat.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Add to crock-pot.

Before Part take
Saute the green pepper and onions in a little bacon grease before adding all ingredients to a crock pot.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
Note: Crock pots cook differently; I usually cook for less time than recipe calls for.
The preparation time is approximate.
Note: I double the amount of beans the recipe calls for to temper the hot seasoning. A personal preference.
In a large pot or skillet brown the ground beef with onions, garlic, celery, jalapeno peppers and chili flakes until the beef is no longer pink; drain fat.
Add in all the remaining ingredients; stir to combine bring to a simmer then transfer to the crock pot (or simmer on top of the stove over very low heat for about 3 hours).
Cover and cook on LOW heat for about 5 hours.
Season with salt and pepper about halfway through cooking.
Put all in crock pot and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. If there is too much liquid, remove the lid for the last hour of cooking.
Fry bacon and drain on paper towels. While frying bacon slice smoked sausage on the bias and place all remaining ingredients (Beans, BBQ Sauce, A-1 and brown sugar) in crock pot or slow cooker. Using a small amount of the bacon grease brown the smoked sausage. Crumble bacon and place in cooker. Stir in smoked sausage. Cover and cook on low 4hrs.
*to save time I sometimes use the precooked bacon bits, bacon is a must for my family in this dish.
In large pot or crock-pot, add baked beans, lima beans and kidney beans, drained.
Saute onions until clear and add to beans. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
If baking, cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
In crock-pot, start on high then turn to low 3 to 4 hours.

Place
Brown onion and bacon together in skillet.
Transfer entire mixture to crock-pot and add all remaining ingredients.
Mix together and simmer for several hours.
Combine all ingredients except ham in crock pot.
Stir well.

Soak beans overnight.
For the crock pot/slow cooker method; in a
Chop up the bacon into bite size pieces.
Place a small amount of olive oil in a 12 inch skillet and cook bacon over medium heat until cooked through.
Remove bacon with slotted spoon.
Add ground sirloin, onion and garlic to bacon drippings and brown until meat is cooked and onion is transparent.
Drain meat.
Combine bacon, meat/onion/garlic mixture and all other ingredients in a crock pot until hot and bubbly.
Cook on low (4-5 hours), or high (2-3 hours).
Blend together in crock-pot and simmer.
Brown hamburger, sausage & onion in frying pan and add to a large crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients & stir well.
Cook in crock pot for 4 hrs on high, stirring occasionally.
OPTIONAL - Add pepperoni slices.
Fry bacon and hamburger; drain.
Combine beans and meat in crock-pot or roasting pan.
Combine catsup and brown sugar in small bowl; mix well.
Add mixtures together; heat thoroughly in crock-pot for 1 hour or in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
