Dip ribs in flour and brown in small amount of oil.
Place ribs in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
Spoon sauce over ribs to make sure they are covered.
Cover pan and simmer at 220\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or more.
Turn ribs once or twice.
Add water as needed, in small amounts.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, Vickers BBQ sauce, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to make a paste. Mop mixture on ribs and cook at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 4 hours on indirect heat on the grill. Baste occasionally during this time. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, Vickers and Kraft BBQ sauce. Baste the ribs with this mixture 1 hour before removing from the grill. Total cooking time 5-6 hours.
In roasting pan, place vegetables in bottom of pan and place rack over vegetables. Add enough water to the dry ingredients to make a thin paste. Brush ribs on both sides with paste to cover thickly, place in roasting pan, bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press garlic over meaty sides of ribs.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Pour tomato juice over ribs; cover and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from tomato juice and discard juice.
Blend together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire and chili powder.
Bring to boil over medium head; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Place precooked ribs on heated grill, meaty side up.
Brush with BBQ sauce mixture made from ketchup mixture.
Cover and grill 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
Sprinkle ribs with Adolph's and refrigerate overnight.
Brown in skilled (don't need extra fat, ribs provide enough).
Sprinkle ribs with Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients above together. Place ribs in and let sit for 2 hours.
Brown meat on all sides. Put B.B.Q. sauce into slow cooker. Set on high and add 2 bottles of water, stir, then add meat to mixture. Sprinkle onion over and around sides of meat and top with the onion soup mix. When mixture begins to boil, turn down to low and cook for 10 hours. This roast will fall to pieces and melt in your mouth.
Mix bbq sauce with soy sauce, ham and hickory smoked salt. Put ribs in a slow cooker and add this mixture to it and stir. cook on low 9-10 hours.
Serve over rice.
*This sauce should be enough to cover about 3 racks of baby back ribs.

Ribs can be cooked in oven or on\tbarbecue grill until tender.
If cooking in oven, cover
with foil and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or until tender.

Cover and shake well to mix. Sprinkle rub liberally over and into ribs.
Prepare smoker for long, slow cooking using hickory (mesquite is also very good). Some people prefer to do back ribs using wood from a fruit tree (apple, pear, etc.).

Mix all ingredients in advance, except meat. Keep at room temperature. Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Cover meat with garlic, salt and pepper. Place in a large shallow pan (a single layer pan is best). Cook 1/2 hour each side. Pour off grease. Lower oven to 350\u00b0. Pour sauce over meat and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until meat is tender. Serves 6.
Brown the diced bacon. Remove from grease and place into a pan containing the pork and beans. Add the brown sugar, yellow mustard B.B.Q. sauce, and dried onions. Mix well. Add 3 tbsp. bacon grease. Taste. You should be able to lightly taste the bacon, if not, add 1 more tbsp.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. When it begins to boil, cover and lower the heat. Let simmer at least 1 hour at lower temperature. Stir often. Turn off heat, remove lid and let stand for 10 minutes. Eat and enjoy.
Brown pork in a 325 oven for 1 hour, or cook on the grill until nicely browned on all sides.
In a large stock pot, saute onion and garlic in butter.
When translucent add all other ingredients. Bring to low simmer.
Add browned meat.
Cover and simmer on low for 3 hours.
Meat should be falling apart.

In a bowl, mix the ketchup, chili sauce, water, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed, black pepper, and brown sugar.
Place the pork ribs in a slow cooker, and layer with onion and red bell pepper. Pour sauce into the slow cooker.
Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low.

In a heavy saucepan, mix applesauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cinnamon.
Over medium high heat, bring the sauce to the boiling point and continue boiling one to two minutes.
Place parboiled ribs in an oven-proof dish and brush liberally with the sauce. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or grill over medium heat till browned.
Turn ribs and brush underside with remaining sauce. Continue baking for 45 minutes. Serves four.
