B.B.Q. Spare Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 jars bbq sauce
1/2 jar apricot jam
2 tsp. hickory smoked salt (optional)
2 tsp. soy sauce
2-3 lbs. country-style boneless spare ribs, cut into bite size pieces
cooked rice
Preparation

Mix bbq sauce with soy sauce, ham and hickory smoked salt. Put ribs in a slow cooker and add this mixture to it and stir. cook on low 9-10 hours.
Serve over rice.
