Jan'S Chinese B-B-Q - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ribs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    For
    sauce:
    Combine
    all
    ingredients\t(except
    meat). Simmer on top of stove and
    mix
    well.
    Pour over meat and let stand in refrigerator 7 to 8
    hours or overnight.
    Ribs can be cooked in oven or on\tbarbecue grill until tender.
    If cooking in oven, cover
    with foil and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or until tender.
