B~B~Q Spare Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 lb. country-style ribs
2 c. barbecue sauce (16 oz. bottle)
2 c. ketchup (16 oz. bottle)
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in advance, except meat. Keep at room temperature. Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Cover meat with garlic, salt and pepper. Place in a large shallow pan (a single layer pan is best). Cook 1/2 hour each side. Pour off grease. Lower oven to 350\u00b0. Pour sauce over meat and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until meat is tender. Serves 6.
