B~B~Q Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lbs. boneless country pork ribs, salted and peppered
1/2 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 64 oz. bottle ketchup
2/3 bottle water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 or 3 dashed Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Brown pork in a 325 oven for 1 hour, or cook on the grill until nicely browned on all sides.
In a large stock pot, saute onion and garlic in butter.
When translucent add all other ingredients. Bring to low simmer.
Add browned meat.
Cover and simmer on low for 3 hours.
Meat should be falling apart.
Serve over rice.
