Broccoli Soup

Combine all cans of soup in a crock-pot.
Mix well.
Mix in 1/3 of milk, then add rest.
Cook frozen broccoli in microwave. Add to soup and milk; mix well.

Veg-All Casserole

Mix Veg-All, cheese, onion, soup and mayonnaise together.
Put into 7 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover with crushed crackers and dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Split Pea Soup(Serving Size: 8)

In a large pot, combine all ingredients except split peas and ham meat.
Bring mixture to a rapid boil, then turn down and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove ham bone when bones come apart.
Remove any extra meat from bone and save.
Add all split pea soup mixes and split peas.
Simmer over low heat, stirring often until soup thickens.
Add meat and serve.

Combine Veg-All, butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Crush corn flakes.
Heat 1/2 stick of butter and stir into corn flakes, then press down onto casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.

Satisfying Ham And 18 Bean Soup (Crock Pot)

Sort and wash beans; place in crockpot. Cover with water to 2 inches above beans; cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight. Drain beans.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Cook on high for 2 hours then lower the heat to low and cook for 4 hours (or cook for 8 hours on low).
Remove ham hock and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Take a stick blender and puree some or all of the soup. Chop the ham in bite size pieces and add back to the soup.
Taste for seasoning and correct at this point.

Knoephla Soup

Put all ingredients for soup except for milk and chives into kettle and simmer until veggies are tender. Add milk and chives. Bring to slow boil.
Spoon dime sized amounts of knoephla dough into soup. The dough slides off the spoon easily when dipped into simmering broth. Keep the spoon dips dime sized as they do grow while cooking in the broth! Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Quick Vegetable Soup

Cook stew meat in water until tender.
Add the Veg-All and tomato soup; stir.
Simmer for 5 or 10 minutes.

Hamburger-Vegetable Soup

Brown beef and onion; drain.
Add all ingredients except soup mix.
Simmer one hour.
Add soup mix and cook 30 minutes.

Veg-All Casserole

Drain Veg-All.
Add soup, mayonnaise and onion.
Mix well. Line bottom of casserole dish with crushed Ritz crackers.
Pour in ingredients.
Melt margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Cheese Soup

Combine all ingredients except soup and Velveeta.
Cook until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes).
Add soup and cheese, stirring constantly over medium heat just until cheese melts.

Chicken Noodle Soup

In large pot, boil split chicken breast, diced celery and diced carrots for 30 minutes (season with black pepper).
Turn down burner to low/medium.
Remove chicken from pot and shred.
Return chicken to pot.
Add all cans of soup.
Stir occasionally.
Once heated, serve with crackers.

Easy Creamy Broccoli Soup

Mix all and get soup hot enough to melt frozen broccoli and cheese.
Serve hot.

Vegetable Soup

Put all ingredients in soup pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Simmer 1/2 hour or until vegetables are tender.

Veg-All Italian Sausage Soup

In large saucepan, brown sausage bits until light brown.
Push to side.
Add butter and diced onions; cook until transparent. Add cabbage; heat 2 minutes.
Add water; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in Veg-All, tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
