Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans chicken noodle soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 split breast boneless chicken
    2 stalks celery
    1 large carrot
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, boil split chicken breast, diced celery and diced carrots for 30 minutes (season with black pepper).
    Turn down burner to low/medium.
    Remove chicken from pot and shred.
    Return chicken to pot.
    Add all cans of soup.
    Stir occasionally.
    Once heated, serve with crackers.
