Cook corn bread the night before and leave out along with bread slices to dry out.
Preheat oven according to corn bread instructions. Brown the ground beef; drain. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, layer the ground beef, beans and stewed
tomatoes. Cover with corn bread batter and bake until the corn bread is done. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
Make corn bread mix.
Chop celery and onion (very fine) and parboil until tender.
Add this to corn bread (cooked and broken into small pieces).
Add eggs and poultry seasoning to taste.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add turkey broth.
(This should be of a soft consistency, but not watery.)
Put into well-greased pan (preferably cast-iron skillet) and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown (usually 25 minutes).
Beat eggs, and then add milk and corn bread mix. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into preheated and greased baking pan or large skillet. Top with cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until top is golden brown.
Prepare corn bread according to directions.

Baked in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown; slice.
Serve hot with your favorite gravy.

Brown chicken in the oil in a large pot.Add garlic and onions.Sprinkle on all seasonings and brown sugar.
Stir well, cover and let simmer on medium for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes,paste, and peanut butter.
Simmer on low for 40 minutes. Add wine during last 10 minutes of cooking.
