Corn Bread Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

ready-made white corn bread mix
small bag frozen okra
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped fried bacon
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. black pepper
dash of red pepper
1 tsp. Adolph's seasoning
1 stick butter
favorite gravy (optional)

Preparation

Prepare corn bread according to directions.
Add other ingredients.
Mix together.
Baked in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown; slice.
Serve hot with your favorite gravy.
Wonderful with or instead of stuffing or potatoes.
