Preheat oven to 350 and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pat meat mixture into loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Drain any fat/grease that has accumulated.

Bake for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Drain any more fat/grease that has accumulated and serve.

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Cut the meatloaf into 1 inch thick slices, once thawed.
Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.
Dip each slice of meatloaf into the egg and barbecue mixture and then into the cheez-Its.
Fry them in a hot skillet with the vegetable oil.
Cook on each side, approximately 3 minutes, until browned on each side, and hot all the way through.
Top with swiss cheese. And throw em on a bun, and enjoy!

Since you are using venison there is not much fat juice while cooking. Adding the bbq sauce will make it moist & delicious. Save leftovers for next days lunch, a meatloaf sandwich. Cook 350 degrees for appox. 1 hour. until fully cooked through.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, except the 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
Put mixture in regular size loaf pan or 4 mini-loaf pans.
Pour 8 oz can of tomato sauce over top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray, and pat the meat mixture into the pan in a loaf shape.
