Combine Stock, water, soup and cubed velveeta cheese into crock pot until creamy and smooth.
Boil the shelled macaroni al dente, drain and pour into crock pot.
Add ham, blend lightly.
Crock pot should be set on high til liquid mixture blends, then turn to low or warm when adding macaroni and ham.
Let simmer for about half an hour, then serve.

Heat thoroughly 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.

Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet.
Drain.
Combine ground beef/onion mixture and all other ingredients in 5 quart Crock-Pot.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Top soup with your favorite Taco condiments: onions, tortilla chips, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, etc.
Empty all ingredients into Crock pot.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
Cook noodles in boiling water with salt until almost done. Drain and rinse.
Slice Velveeta cheese.
In crock-pot, layer noodles, margarine and Velveeta until pot is almost full.
Mix egg with a cup of milk and pepper (to your liking); pour mixture over ingredients in crock-pot.
Add more milk until you can see it almost at the top of the ingredients in crock-pot.
Plug pot in; let the pie cook for at least 1 hour, or until milk and egg mixture thickens.
(Sometimes I add other cheeses with Velveeta for a different taste.)
Cut Velveeta into 2 inch cubes. Place cubes into crock pot with the Ro*tel, chili and shredded cheese. Mix together. Turn crock pot on Low setting and cover, stirring occasionally. When all cheese is completely melted, it's time to enjoy!
(It usually takes an hour and a half or so on Low temp, but if you need it quicker, use High temp, but watch it and stir often to prevent burning).
If your crock pot has a \"Keep Warm\" setting use that after the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Blend the tomatoes & chilies in a food processor then pour into a crock pot. Add the water & frozen chicken breasts, cover with a lid & cook on low for 3 hours.
Remove the chicken & shred, place back into the crock pot. Stir in the Velveeta & spices.

Leave in crock-pot to warm.
Great for parties or family gatherings.

Mix milk, cornstarch, salt and cheese together and cook over a low burner until cheese is melted.
Spray crock-pot with Pam. Fill crock-pot 1/3 full of sliced potatoes; add 1/3 sauce. Continue layering potatoes and cheese sauce.
The last layer should be cheese sauce.
Fry sausage and hamburger until well done.
Drain grease.
Put in crock-pot.
Cut up Velveeta cheese and put in crock-pot.
Add onion and Ro-Tel.
Put lid on pot and let cook until all is melted.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Place in crock-pot.
Cut up block of Velveeta cheese and place in crock-pot along with jar of salsa. Cook on high until good and melted while adding a little milk to help.
Serve with corn chips.
In crock pot, combine hash browns, kielbasa, broth
Crumble sausage and brown in skillet.
Place Velveeta and Rotel into a crock pot and heat on high.
Once sausage is browned, add it to the crock pot.
Continue heating on high, stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted.
Turn heat down to low, get out the tortilla chips and beer, and enjoy the ballgame.
This recipe works as a sauce as well.
If you are having a large get-together, I recommend doubling the recipe, it's usually the life of the snack buffet.
Spray the bottom of crock pot with non-stick spray. I use Pam when I have it on hand or I use one of the new crock pot cooking liners for quick cleanup.
Spread the potatoes on the bottom of crock pot.
Simmer all remaining ingredients just until cheese is melted and well incorporated. Do not bring to a boil.
Pour cheese mixture over top of potatoes.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7-9 hours or on high setting for 3-4 hours. Cooking time may vary depending on individual crock pots.
Cook sausage and drain.
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cut cheese in chunks and add to the mixture.
Ready when the cheese melts.
Serve over nacho chips.
Makes a lot.
(Do not try to keep this warm in the crock-pot because the cheese will stick to the crock-pot.)
