Matthew'S Crock-Pot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Owens sausage (hot)
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lean hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, crushed
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Fry sausage and hamburger until well done.
    Drain grease.
    Put in crock-pot.
    Cut up Velveeta cheese and put in crock-pot.
    Add onion and Ro-Tel.
    Put lid on pot and let cook until all is melted.
