For the fruit smoothie, combine your favorite fruit with the honey

Orange Passion Fruit Smoothie

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
At this point you can strain smoothie through a colander, to remove the seeds, or if you don't mind black seeds from the passion fruit will settle to the bottom of your glass. Serve immediately in tall glasses.

Sierra Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Place both ingredients into a blender or use a hand held blender and mix together until smooth.
Drink and enjoy immediately!

Non-Dairy Fruit Smoothie

Fill whatever size cup you want with ice.
Fill the cup the rest of the way with the Fruit Juice. I find, since we had a large harvest of Pomegranates this year, this recipe works well with natural Pomegranate juice. But you can use any fruit juice.
Pour the ice-juice mixture into your blender container.
Peel and break the banana into the same blender container.
If using sweetener, and it to the blender container before processing.
Process until as smooth as you like.

Banana Passion Fruit Smoothie

Slice the banana, halve the passionfruits and scoop out the seeds and fruit and add to the blender.
Add the soy milk, wheat germ, vanilla essence and ice cubes if adding, and blend on high until all the ingredients are well blended.
Serve.

Chai Green Tea Fruit Smoothie

Brew chai green tea in boiling water; steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bag.
Place all the fruit in a blender and pour in the hot tea.
Blend until smooth.
The tea gives a great taste to the fruit smoothie.

Healthy Fruit Smoothie

Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add ice cubes for thicker smoothie.

Healthy Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Put yogurt and frozen fruit in a blender.
Blend

Fruit Smoothie

If using frozen fruit, partially thaw the fruit until it separates. Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. (Note: If using a food processor, crush the ice before adding to the processor.) Process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Blend 1 cup fruit and yogurt with enough milk, water or juice to make a milkshake consistency.

In blender container or food processor bowl, combine undrained fruit cocktail, milk, milk powder, yogurt, vanilla and a few dashes of desired spice.
Cover and blend until combined.
Add ice cubes; cover and blend until smooth.
Sprinkle each serving with additional ground cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.

Easy Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Fill Blender to 2/3 full [approximately 4 cups] with frozen fruit. Pour in enough lemonade to cover the fruit plus an inch. Affix lid and blend until smooth. If blender blade starts to spin but not mix, add a splash more lemonade and continue to blend until smooth.

Add banana, honey, yogurt and fruit and blend until smooth.
I usually use the same flavor yogurt as fruit.

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Put fruit in blender.
Add equal parts water and ice to cover fruit.
Blend until smooth and serve!

Fresh Fruit Smoothie

*You can substitute any fruit for the strawberries.

Fat-Free Fruit Smoothie

Place juice, frozen or fresh banana and fruit of your choice in blender.
Liquify.
Add ice cubes and blend until you reach shake consistency.
Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.

Mixed Fruit Smoothie With Goji Berries

Blend fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey together in a blender until smooth.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Blend almonds in a blender until chopped; add chocolate chips and coconut. Blend mixture until a coarse powder forms. Mix yogurt into almond mixture using a spoon; add dragon fruit, pineapple, and honey. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
