Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (bananas, pineapple, plums, strawberries, peaches, pears, berries, etc.)
    milk, water or juice
    1/2 c. plain or flavored yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Preparation
    Blend 1 cup fruit and yogurt with enough milk, water or juice to make a milkshake consistency.
    Drink and enjoy!
