Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
    1/4 c. frozen juice concentrate (orange, cranberry, etc.)
    1/2 c. vanilla yogurt or buttermilk
    4 ice cubes
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    If using frozen fruit, partially thaw the fruit until it separates. Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. (Note: If using a food processor, crush the ice before adding to the processor.) Process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
