Fresh Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat vanilla yogurt or passion fruit sorbet
    1 c. fresh strawberries, cleaned, drained and hulled*
    1 ripe banana
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 to 3 ice cubes
Preparation
    *You can substitute any fruit for the strawberries.
