Fat-Free Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh squeezed orange or apple juice
    1 frozen or fresh banana
    1 cored, peeled and sliced apple, 1 peach or 1 c. strawberries or 1 to 2 cups any fruit you desire
    several ice cubes
Preparation
    Place juice, frozen or fresh banana and fruit of your choice in blender.
    Liquify.
    Add ice cubes and blend until you reach shake consistency.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.
