Chop up the pork into small pieces.
Chop the onions into pieces.
In med sauce pan mix onions and pork together in oil.
Fry until the onions are done. Remove mixer and set aside.
Fry eggs in left over oil to hard .
Heat Uncle Ben's Rice for 90 Seconds in Microwave.
Steam it peas follow directions on package.
Mix everything together in sauce pan.
Cook Uncle Ben's Soup Mix as directed.
Saute green bell pepper, onion and Lil Smokies sausages until vegetables are soft and sausages are slightly brown.
Add cooked rice, soup mix, green pepper,onion, sausages, and Goya Recaito to Uncle Ben's mix.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish, top with Monterey Jack cheese and place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
Cook Uncle Ben's rice as package directs.
Stir-fry sausage and drain.
Cook mushrooms in butter and seasoning; don't drain.
Mix all together and keep warm in very low oven until cornish hens, chukkars, pheasant, doves, quail or chickens are ready.

Brown meat in oil over high heat in skillet.
Break meat up or leave in coarse chunks.
Add onion.
Reduce heat to medium and cook until onion is tender, but not browned.

Bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are done.
Stir in green pepper.
Boil again.
Stir in rice.
If using instant rice, remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
If using Uncle Ben's regular rice, cook all ingredients together 25 minutes.
Brown rice and vermicelli (from soup) in margarine until golden brown.
Add bouillon cube and seasoning from soup to water; bring to boil with browned rice.
Simmer and let steam until dry, about 45 minutes.
Use Uncle Ben's converted rice as it doesn't get sticky and gummy.

Cook Uncle Ben's long grain rice.
Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms.
Put half the rice mix, mixed with the onion, celery and mushrooms, in a greased casserole.
Add undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Arrange cooked chicken on top of this and cover with the rest of rice mixture. Take 1/2 bag of bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter and put around the edges of the casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Prepare package of Uncle Ben's rice according to directions. Set aside. Brown sausage.
Saute in a little pork grease (sometimes you must add a little butter) the green pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms until tender.
Mix with the sausage and add sour cream.
Heat through on top of stove or put in a greased casserole dish and bake, covered, until heated.
Prepare the rice according to the instructions on Uncle Ben's rice box.
Saute ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain and add the mushroom soup and sour cream.
Salt to taste.
Stir to mix and heat until bubbly. Serve over rice.
Cook package of Uncle Ben's Country Inn rice as per package. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. (Use a 9 x 12-inch pan.)

Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch strips.
Heat 5-qt sauce pan with tight fitting lid over medium-high heat. Spray pan with non-stick spray and add chicken. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add onion, red bell pepper, and chili powder. Mix well and continue to cook 2 minutes more.
Add rice, water, salsa, and corn. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, top with cilantro and keep covered 5 minutes more or until ready to serve.
In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and ground beef and fry, stirring occasionally until browned.
Stir in onions and green bell pepper, and continue to fry another 2 to 3 minutes until lightly brown.
Stir in pinto beans, UNCLE BEN'S(R) Flavor Infusions Spanish Style Rice, and water. Keep stirring to combine.
Bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Cook chicken and bone. Add small box of Uncle Ben's Wild Brown rice and cook till done. Add 2 c. instant white rice. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour rice on melted oleo.

Saute or grill boneless chicken.
Break pieces (bite size) using salt, pepper and Greek seasoning.
Prepare 2 boxes of Uncle Ben's fettucine alfredo according to package directions.
Mix noodles with cooked chicken pieces and top with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.

In a skillet, brown sausage.
Remove sausage with slotted spoon to a large mixing bowl.
In skillet saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic.
Dump into bowl with sausage.
Blend in 1 can broth, 1 can soup, 1 can broth and 1 can soup.
Stir in mushrooms, chestnuts and thyme.
Mix in packet of spices from Uncle Ben's box; blend in rice.
Pour into large casserole dish.
Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cook rice according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients and place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 4.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Coat chicken breasts with flour and add to pan.
Lightly brown chicken on one side.
Turn over and cook breasts until tender.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast.
Cover and cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
Serve over Uncle Ben's wild rice prepared to package directions.
