Chicken St. Louis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (save seasoning packet for later)
1 stick oleo
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
Preparation

Melt oleo in small roaster.
Pour rice on melted oleo.
Put chicken breasts on top of rice.
Pour on soup and 1 can water. Sprinkle packet of seasoning mix (from Uncle Ben's) over top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
