Stuffing Ala Good - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's brown and wild rice
    1 lb. ground pork sausage
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon butter seasoning
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook Uncle Ben's rice as package directs.
    Stir-fry sausage and drain.
    Cook mushrooms in butter and seasoning; don't drain.
    Mix all together and keep warm in very low oven until cornish hens, chukkars, pheasant, doves, quail or chickens are ready.
    A great favorite of hunters.
    Even goes with venison with burgundy-olive oil and garlic sauce.
