if the taco meat/sloppy joe is leftover just put in a skillet to heat. if its raw chop meat just brown in skillet over medium high heat, pour off fat.
stir in the broth and tomato soup, milk , cheddar cheese water and the uncooked pasta. reduce heat to medium and cook until the pasta is tender but still firm , about ten minutes stir often.
