Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large turkey legs
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 boiled eggs
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil turkey legs until tender.
    Let cool, then remove meat from the bones.
    Chop meat in small pieces. Add in chopped celery and red pepper.
    Mix in bowl the relish, mayonnaise and boiled eggs (chopped).
    Add pepper and salt to taste.
    Blend all ingredients together and serve over lettuce or on bread.
    Makes about 8 servings.
