Chicken Or Turkey Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or turkey, chop meat
    Italian bread crumbs
    matzo meal
    1 egg white (jumbo or extra large)
    1 can chicken or turkey gravy, add 3/4 can water and 2 tsp. Worcestershire to gravy
    season with 1/2 pkg. onion soup or herb and garlic soup mix or basil and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Spray saucepan with cooking spray.
    Make small meatballs for hors d'oeuvres, medium size for dinner with carrots, string beans and potatoes, added to the gravy.
