Place all veggies in the TM bowl, Hit turbo 2 or 3 times until all the ingredients are minced.
Add tomato paste, fish sauce, salt and pepper. Mix 15 seconds/reverse speed 2.
Tip this mixture into a large bowl. Add the meat and mix by hand until the veggies are completely incorporated into the meat. Form into meatballs - I usually get 36-42.
Place the meatballs on the steaming trays. Add 1 liter water to the Thermomix bowl. Steam 25 minutes/varoma temperature/speed soft.

Combine the mushrooms, rice and stock in Thermomix bowl. Cook 15 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2.
Carefully and slowly increase to speed 8 until soup is pureed smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the celery, onion, carrot, zucchini, and garlic into TM. Chop 5 seconds/Speed 7.
Add oil and cook 10 minutes/ 100 degrees/ Spoon Speed/ Reverse.
Add tomato paste, wine, tomatoes, bay leaf, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook 20 minutes/ Varoma/ Spoon Speed/ Reverse.
Add basil during the last 2 minutes of cook time.
ater ice cubes into the Thermomix mixing bowl, and blend.
Place the sugar and zest into the Thermomix bowl. Mill 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down.
Add the cranberries and water. Cook 12 minutes/100 degrees/reverse speed 1.
Allow sauce to come to room temperature, then chill. Serve cold.

Place walnuts in Thermomix Bowl. Set lid to closed
Place onion, red pepper and celery into TM bowl. Chop 10 seconds/speed 5. While chopping drop the garlic cloves onto the whirling blades.
Add oil to TM bowl. Saute veggies for 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
Add ground beef to TM bowl. Cook 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
Add all remaining ingredients to TM bowl. Cook 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
Serve over hamburger buns or rolls (I usually use Thermomix Basic Bread #2, food.com #442374).
Place the water, yeast, oil, salt and oregano into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds/speed 3.
Add the flour Mix 6 seconds/speed 8.
Set dial to closed lid position. Knead the dough for 2 minutes/interval speed.
Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and allow to rise until double - 45 minutes.
Punch down and allow to double again - 45 minutes.
Divide the dough into four balls and let rest for 15 minutes.
Form the pizzas and add favorite toppings.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 12 minutes, or until browned.
Place all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil in Thermomix bowl. Slowly raise the speed up to 5, mixing until you have a thick paste.
Scrape down sides. Replace lid. Slowly pour the olive oil in as the blades are spinning - raising the speed up to 8. After 20 seconds check and see if the paste is smooth enough for your taste. If not, scrape down, replace lid and blitz again.
I mixed mine about 40 seconds on speed 8.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
