Season each pork chop with salt, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon Tex-Mex seasoning. Turn chops over and season again. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops to pan. Cook pork chops approximately 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Remove from pan. Add cream and salsa to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over pork chops.

Tex-Mex Mexican Rice And Blender Hot Sauce

Blender Hot Sauce- Put all ingredients in the blender and liquify until all ingredients are completly chopped. Refrigerate.
Tex-Mex Rice- Put olive oil in a deep saute pan. Heat. Add onions and begin to saute. Add dry rice and cumin, cook and stir until toasted. Add 3 TBS blender hot sauce,and 1 can chicken broth. Cook until liquid is half gone. Remove from stove and cover . Let sit about 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!

Spicy Jalapeno Cheese Pepper Potato Patties

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
Stir egg, Tex-Mex cheese, green onions, jalapenos, and green chiles together in a bowl; stir in mashed potatoes. Form potato mixture into 8 patties; place on prepared baking sheet.
Stir bread crumbs, cumin, and chili powder together in a small bowl. Dot each patty with 1 1/2 tablespoons salsa; sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons bread crumb mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and topping is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

Tex-Mex Chicken And Rice Burritos

Warm Mexican chicken and rice mixture in microwave for 2 minutes.
Then warm tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds or until soft enough to fold.
Place half of chicken/rice mixture into center of each tortilla,top each with cheese.
Fold bottom third over mixture,making sure filling is snug.
Take the right side of tortilla and fold over.
Then take the top third and fold over making sure everything is as snug as a bug in a rug. :).
Return to microwave and heat for about 35 to 40 seconds,or until cheese is slightly melted.

Tex Mex Turkey Casserole

Preheat oven to 350.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir turkey with chili seasoning mix until turkey is browned, breaking up clumps. Drain off fat; stir in beans, mexicorn, soup, and green chile peppers. Divide mixture among six 8-ounce casseroles.
Cover with crushed tortilla chips and cheese. Sprinkle with olives and jalapeno pepper slices.
Bake in preheated oven about 30 minutes or until hot.
Serve with sour cream and salsa if using.
