Chicken Marinade One (Tex Mex) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    TEX MEX
    1 cup chicken stock
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 chopped onion
    1 cup canned tomatillo, drained and chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag with your choice of marinade. Refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute marinade.
