Saute chicken in butter in a skillet.
Place chicken in casserole.
Saute mushrooms and add to chicken.
Add flour to skillet, stir and add chicken broth to thicken.
Pour sauce over chicken and add artichokes.
Set aside and watch 3 quarters of the game.
Then heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use a greased shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold shrimp in one layer.
Arrange shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, saute mushrooms in 3 teaspoons butter until brown.
Transfer them to a bowl.
Toss the mushrooms with the flour and stir in sour cream, 4 teaspoons softened butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
