"Super Bowl" Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. scallops
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. Ritz crackers (24 crushed crackers)
1 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
garlic powder
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; add Ritz cracker crumbs, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Fold scallops in.
Place in ungreased casserole dish.
Pour heavy cream over evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
