Super Bowl Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat (ground chuck)
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute meat and onions; drain off excess grease.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine soups, sauce and chilies and add to meat.
Tear tortillas into small pieces and line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish that has been lightly greased (use Pam spray).
Pour some of meat mixture over tortillas and continue to layer tortillas and meat mixture, ending with tortillas.
Top with grated cheese and bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
