Super Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. melted margarine
8 oz. French onion dip
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
about 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook spinach using package directions; drain well.
Combine spinach, margarine, onion dip, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 1-quart baking dish.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

6 servings.
