Super Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, cooled
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use a greased shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold shrimp in one layer.
    Arrange shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a skillet, saute mushrooms in 3 teaspoons butter until brown.
    Transfer them to a bowl.
    Toss the mushrooms with the flour and stir in sour cream, 4 teaspoons softened butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
